Who we are

PrompterMint is made by Soummyadip Singha Roy, based in India (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at support@promptermint.com.

Apple’s Standard EULA

You get the app from Apple’s App Store, so your licence to use it is Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These terms add to it. If the two disagree, the Standard EULA applies.

Using the app

• Your content is yours. Your scripts and videos belong to you and stay on your iPhone. We don’t claim any rights to them.
• Record responsibly. You are responsible for what you record and share. Only record people who agree to it, follow the laws where you are, and only use scripts and material you have the right to use.
• Keep your own copies. Videos are saved to your Photos and scripts are stored only on your iPhone. If you delete the app or lose your phone, we can’t get them back, so keep backups of anything important.
• Don’t copy, change, resell or try to break the app, except where the law allows it.

Free and Pro

Free includes one script of your own (plus the sample script), recordings up to 60 seconds and all basic prompter settings.

Pro adds unlimited scripts, unlimited recording length, Prompter only mode and mirror text, plus Pro features we add later. Pro is available as:

• Yearly: an auto-renewing yearly subscription with a 3-day free trial.
• Weekly: an auto-renewing weekly subscription.
• Lifetime: a one-time purchase that never renews.

The App Store shows the current price in your currency before you buy. Prices may vary by country and may change. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.

Subscriptions, renewals and the free trial

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for the next period within the 24 hours before the current one ends.
• The yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it becomes a paid yearly subscription and you are charged the yearly price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iPhone Settings > [your name] (Apple ID) > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• If you have Pro already, tap Restore purchases in the app’s Settings to get it back on a new or reset iPhone signed in to the same Apple ID.

Refunds

Apple handles all payments, so refunds are decided by Apple under its rules. You can ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The website and waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we will send you one email when PrompterMint is on the App Store. We send occasional news about our other apps only if you tick the box for it. You can unsubscribe anytime. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your email.

Changes to the app

We keep improving PrompterMint, so features may change, be added or be removed. We will try not to remove anything Pro users rely on, and if we ever stop offering the app we will say so in advance where we can.

No warranty and limits of liability

We work hard to make PrompterMint reliable, but the app and website are provided “as is”, without guarantees that they will always work without errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost recordings, lost scripts or indirect losses, and our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for PrompterMint in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live elsewhere, you also keep the protections of the consumer laws where you live.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above. If you keep using PrompterMint after a change, the new terms apply.
